High School Students: Give a speech, win some cash! *Address an ethical issue using the principles of the Rotary 4-Way Test *5-8 minutes in length *1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners *Compete at the club and district level *Win $50-700 Only six (6) contestants will selected to compete.
